Since we curate diverse categories—ranging from high-tech electronics to delicate handlooms and home textiles—our return and refund guidelines vary slightly by product type to ensure fairness and quality control.
1. Return & Exchange Windows
You can request a return or replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To qualify for a refund or replacement, your item must meet the following conditions:
The product must be completely unused, unaltered, and in the exact condition you received it.
All original tags, labels, brand packaging, invoices, and complimentary gifts (if any) must be intact and returned with the product.
The outer packaging must not be severely damaged by the user.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Replacement
Email Us: Send a formal request to yogeshfiscate@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Provide Details: Include your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs or an unboxing video highlighting the defect or damage (highly recommended for electronics and transit-damaged products).
Approval: Once our customer support team reviews and approves your request, we will schedule a reverse pickup.
4. Reverse Pickup & Shipping Costs
Free Reverse Pickup: We offer complimentary reverse pickup services for most serviceable pin codes across India if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
Non-Serviceable Areas: In rare instances where our courier partners cannot facilitate a reverse pickup from your location, you may be asked to ship the product back to our Gurugram warehouse. We will reimburse your shipping costs (up to a reasonable standard rate) upon verification of the courier receipt.
5. Inspection & Refund Process
Quality Check (QC): Once your returned item reaches our fulfillment center, it undergoes a strict quality check to ensure it complies with our policy. This process takes 2 to 3 business days from the receipt of the package.
Approval Notice: We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund based on the QC results.
Refund Settlement: Approved refunds are credited directly to the original payment method used during checkout within 5 to 7 business days.
For Credit/Debit Cards & Net Banking: Time taken depends on your bank's processing cycle.
For UPI payments: Typically reflects within 24–48 hours post-approval.
6. Order Cancellations
Before Shipment: You can cancel your order free of charge at any point before it is dispatched from our warehouse. Simply drop an email to yogeshfiscate@gmail.com with your cancellation request. Your full refund will be processed immediately.
After Shipment: Once an order is handed over to our logistics partners and an AWB tracking number is generated, it cannot be canceled mid-transit. You will need to accept delivery and initiate a standard return request instead.
