1. Return Window

  • We offer a 10-day return policy from the date of delivery.

  • Requests raised after 10 days will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Must be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories

  • Must include invoice or proof of purchase

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)

  • Personal care items (if opened/used)

  • Products marked as non-returnable on the product page

  • Items damaged due to misuse

4. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item

  • A wrong product

👉 You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

6. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed after inspection and approval

  • For prepaid orders → refund to original payment method

  • For COD orders → refund via bank transfer/UPI

7. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after approval

  • Actual credit time depends on your bank/payment provider

8. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

  • Return shipping may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect

9. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

10. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds in case of:

  • Repeated return abuse

  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity
