Thank you for shopping at efiscate.org. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines our procedures, timelines, and terms regarding the shipment of products purchased on our website.
All orders placed on our website are processed and shipped by FISCATE TECH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED.
1. Shipping Coverage & Destination
We ship strictly within India.
We cover most domestic pin codes via our trusted third-party courier partners (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post).
At this moment, we do not offer international shipping. Any orders placed with international delivery addresses will be automatically canceled and refunded.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and National Holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Special Note on Categories: * Electronics & Bedsets: Standard dispatch within 24–48 hours.
Handlooms: Because certain authentic handloom items require delicate handling or are sourced directly from traditional weavers, they may occasionally require an additional 3–4 days for quality inspection and specialized packaging.
You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped.
3. Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification containing a unique Tracking Number (AWB) and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier partner's portal.
4. Delivery Failures & Wrong Address
Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your order.
Unclaimed Shipments: Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three (3) times. If a package is returned to our warehouse after failed delivery attempts, our team will reach out to you via email or phone to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply).
5. Damages & Issues During Transit
We package our electronics with anti-static/shock-absorbent materials and handle our handlooms and bedsets with ultimate care. However, if your package arrives visibly damaged:
Do not accept the delivery if the outer packaging is completely torn or compromised.
If accepted, take clear photographs or a short video clip of the unboxing.
Contact us immediately at yogeshfiscate@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the attached media so we can initiate a claim and send a replacement.
